Who We Are
Florida Native Plant Society (FNPS) is a state 501c organization with 31 chapters throughout the state with over 6,000 members with the overarching goal being:
MISSION The Florida Native Plant Society’s mission is to champion Florida’s native plants and their habitats.
VISION We envision a future where people have greater knowledge of and appreciation for Florida’s natural environment and diverse native plants, communities, and ecosystems.
The Villages’ Chapter Goal
ENCOURAGE local landscaping practices and policies that preserve Florida’s native heritage and make sustainable habitats for flora and fauna.
